Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Consumption & Timing:

• From 21st to 30th day: Take 1 tsp directly and drink milk between bites. Best consumed at night before sleep (9-10 pm).

• From 31st to 40th day: Take 1 tsp directly and drink milk between bites. Best consumed at night before sleep (9-10 pm).

• In rare cases, it can also be consumed in the morning with milk (whenever you are comfortable).
