I highly recommend Nuskha kitchen. 50 days of Ayurvedic medicine after delivery it was very important for every women. In which all kinds of laddoo like Ajwain,sonth,haldi,battisa,gondh and many things include in the package. And taste of laddoo is amazing. Love of mother's hand in laddoo. I am a big believer in the potency of Ayurveda and this brand beautifully combines its essence along with taste! And the best thing, is the level of personalisation that is provided. Alpanaji is always a phone call away, incase one has any questions, whatever time of the day or night; and she answers each one of them patiently. Her advice is always perfect and all her tips come in handy especially when you are a new mother like me. For anyone who has delivered a baby this brand is a boon! Everything that you need for quick recovery, be it food or drink or even something like a massage oil is taken care of, and there is nothing that you need to worry about. I've delivered a baby recently and opted for Nuskha's post delivery ayurvedic package. It was one of the best decisions. I have taken the post-natal care kit from Alpana Aunty. I was really scared of japa because of my last pregnancy experience. In my last japa I didnt ate the proper medicines. I don’t know where to start from, So i will just start with a huge thanks to Nuskha Kitchen. Alpana ji who took care of me like her own daughter. She was always just a phone call away. You can always feel the love and warmth that she pours into her products. Sometimes pregnancy can be so overwhelming, as it was for me as well. Morning Sickness, Nausea, Constant back aches and what not. She made sure, not just that i eat healthy but also i feel good and happy. I am not a big fan of laddoo, but i must say i loved ragi and gond laddoo. “After delivery”, is the time when real struggle kicks in. Postpartum recovery isn’t just a few days but it takes months to recover. During this time your body will experience a number of changes. That is the time when you have to be extra cautious about everything. Nuskha kitchen is not just about “eating healthy” but also little self care tips which will help you feel like yourself again. I have delivered a baby girl recently and ordered post delivery Ayurvedic package from Nuskha. It was one of the best decision that I had taken and it made the very early days of motherhood easy. Quality is very good, however quantity of Ajwain, jeera, and jaifal and laifalain could me a little more but apart from that it is your one stop shop for all japa needs. Every women have a different journey. I have a different one I really couldn't understand what to eat and when to eat I have no one to guide me correctly. Where i was absolutely clueless about what to eat in 40 days of jappa, this package of nushka came to me as blessing. Every imp. Herb and nutrient that is needed for new mom is included in the preparations. I did not have to eat the same thing for entire 40 days. It was planned systematically in slot of 10-10 days. Every common issue like less of milk production, weakness or gas has been already taken care of in the laddus and other items that are provided. The taste is fine, not too sweet. Perfectly edible!

We got to know about Nuskha kitchen from the TV show. My mom and her best friend told me about it and asked me to contact the company. My postpartum journey with Nuskha kitchen has been fantastic. Everything was delivered to me in Germany before time, the boxes were well packed with all the information about the ingredients and how to take them was clearly explained. The best part was that the team was always available incase I had any query. The products/ladoos were extremely delicious and very fresh. I still feel like having it now ha ha ha. Post Pregnancy weight loss after using their products became really easy. I wouldn’t know where to start from! My experience with Nuskha kitchen was beyond amazing! Owner of the business is extremely knowledgeable and guided me throughout my postpartum period and not mention, available 24*7 to take any questions. She was like a second mother to me. Her products ensured I had good milk supply from day 1 and my baby didn’t get any colic issues. Products are not only effective but are tasty as well. I gobbled them with much eagerness. I am recovering well from postpartum and have only gratitude to show for the team. Alpana aunty I think you are on to something great . You are doing god’s work.
